In short: the site uses no cookies and no ad tracking. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not identify you. We only get your details if you book a call or email us. A few outside services help run the site, and this page names each one.

1MAN AGENCY LTD (“1man”, “we”) runs 1man.ai and decides how the personal data on this page is used. In data protection law, that makes us the controller.

What we collect
When you book a call. The booking form asks for your name and email, plus an optional note. It also sends the time you chose and your time zone. These go straight to Cal.com, which makes the booking and sends you the calendar invite.
When you email us. We get your email address, your message and anything you attach.
When you visit the site. Like any website, the site receives your IP address and basic request details: browser type, the page you asked for and the time. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, handles these. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts each page view: the page, the site you came from, your country, and your browser and device type. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
That is everything. You don’t need an account, and we don’t build a profile of you.

We don’t sell your data, share it with advertisers or use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
These services handle personal data for us. Each one has its own terms and privacy policy.

The website itself sends no email. Emails about your booking come from Cal.com.
LinkedIn and X. The site links to our LinkedIn and X pages, and articles have buttons to share them there. These are plain links. Nothing from LinkedIn or X loads on our pages, so they learn nothing about your visit unless you click one. Once you do, their own privacy policies apply.
Data outside the EU
Some of these services are based in the United States or process data there. When personal data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, if the service is certified under it, or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Bookings: 12 months after the call, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the work and the law require.
- Emails: for as long as the conversation needs them, then deleted unless the law requires us to keep them, for example for tax.
- Visit logs and visit counts: Cloudflare keeps request logs and Web Analytics counts for a limited time under its own policy. We don’t copy them or keep them ourselves.
Cookies and browser storage
The site sets no cookies. It saves three small things in your own browser, and they are never sent to us:
- Which slide you were on in “What you get”, so a refresh keeps your place. Cleared when you close the tab.
- How far you had scrolled in an article, for the same reason. Cleared when you close the tab.
- Your best score in the game on the “page not found” page. Kept until you clear your browser data.
They only make those features work. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you and send you a copy
- correct it
- delete it
- stop or limit how we use it, including where we rely on legitimate interests
- give it to you in a form you can take to another service
Email hello@1man.ai. We reply within one month.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission, or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
