How soon does my team get to use it?

Within 2 weeks of signing. We install the system, load your documents and data, and tune it to your business. Work on your first automation starts the same day.

Do we need written procedures first?

No. We sit down with your team, pick a procedure and write it down step by step. Writing it down is part of the work.

Which AI does it use?

Any of them. Your team keeps ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and connects it to the system. Inside automations we pick a cheaper model for simple steps and a stronger one for judgment.

Will our data train someone else's AI?

No. Names and IDs get hidden before any text reaches an AI provider, and AI never sees a password. The system runs as your own copy, apart from every other client.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Anything important waits for a person to approve it, with the sources in front of them. Every action gets logged and can be stopped mid-run.

Do we need technical people on our side?

No. We need one person who knows how the work gets done today and can check our questions and drafts.
